THE CHALLENGES

Your Team Knows AI Matters, But Not Where to Start

Most organisations have heard the promise of AI. Far fewer have a shared understanding of what it can realistically do in their own operations, or how to adopt it safely.

This creates common gaps: (1) management and staff with different expectations of AI, (2) pilots chosen for hype rather than value, (3) uncertainty over data privacy and accuracy, and (4) no in-house ability to evaluate vendors or proposals.

What teams need is practical AI training grounded in real deployments, so everyone, from management to engineers, can make informed decisions.

FEATURED PROGRAMME

AI Agents and the Connected Factory: A Day at a Glance

Most manufacturers have seen what an AI chatbot can do. Far fewer have seen an AI agent read the data, decide what matters and act on it. This programme shows them, live.

    Registration and Programme Briefing

Objectives, agenda and a baseline assessment.

  2. 09:30
Module 1: From Chatbots to AI Agents That Take Action

What an LLM is and what a chatbot cannot do. The anatomy of an agent: model, tools, memory and guardrails. Where agents fit alongside MES, ERP, SCADA and vision systems.

    LectureDiscussion
  3. 10:45
Module 2: Agentic Workflows in Manufacturing

Automated shift, downtime and OEE reports. Classifying and routing machine and quality alarms. Turning inspection logs into actionable insight.

Case StudyLive Demo: Knowledge AgentGroup Activity
  4. 13:15
Module 3: Vision + LLM for Auto-Generated Defect Reports

How AI vision detects defects, passing results into an LLM, and reading confidence scores, false positives and false negatives.

Live Demo: Mini Conveyor InspectionLive Demo: Auto-Generated Report
  5. 14:45
    Module 4: Human-in-the-Loop and Governance

Why full autonomy fails on the shop floor, where a human must sign off, data privacy and IP, and traceability. Case discussion: the agent made the wrong call, who owns it?

    Case StudyGroup Discussion

FAQ

AI Training and HRDF - Common Questions

Is your AI training HRDF claimable?

Yes. PixeVision is an HRD Corp registered training provider, and eligible employers can pay course fees from their HRD Corp levy under HRD Corp Claimable Courses.

Who can claim HRDF for AI training?

Employers registered with HRD Corp who are up to date with their levy contributions can apply, for employees who are Malaysian citizens. The grant must be applied for through e-TRiS before the training takes place.

Can organisations that are not HRD Corp registered attend?

Yes. Government agencies and other organisations can engage us directly for the same courses. HRDF funding simply will not apply.

Do participants need a programming background?

No. Track 01 and Track 02 need no programming. Track 03 suits engineers, IT and data teams who want to go deeper into how AI systems are built.

Can the training content be customised?

Yes. All course content, modules and duration can be adjusted to your organisation's requirements, industry and participants. Demo samples can also be replaced with your own parts or documents if provided in advance, subject to mutual agreement and a confidentiality agreement.

What happens during the live demonstrations?

We bring an industrial camera, lighting and a PC with GPU running our See.AI™ and EKE™ platforms, plus a portable mini conveyor on an as-needed basis. Participants watch defects detected, reported and dashboarded live. Everything is set up and removed by our team, and nothing is installed on your systems.

Please note: the live demonstrations are not an official proof of concept (POC), and their results do not represent POC outcomes. They are meant to give participants a practical idea of how the technology works.

Is the training delivered in-house or online?

Both. We deliver at your premises or as live virtual sessions. Live equipment demos are best experienced in person.
